My name is Elizander Allan Dejaño, and I currently reside in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. I am 28 years old and hold a bachelor's degree in computer science from Cavite State University, Silang Campus. I have nearly one year of L1 experience with Unisys, where we handle password resets for our clients, troubleshoot software issues, manage VPNs such as Zscaler and Cisco AnyConnect, and address problems with network and hardwired printers. Our main tools include Bomgar for remote sessions and Active Directory for managing user accounts.
I have almost two years of experience in total. As an L2 technician, I typically manage our clients' Microsoft accounts and oversee their DUO authenticators. Additionally, I have experience deploying Adobe licenses, creating group policies, and possess a strong foundation in Active Directory, along with basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory. I also have experience with Amazon WorkSpaces, including creating VDIs for users, and I utilize the Amazon WorkSpaces console as my primary tool for management.
I have advanced knowledge of network and hardwired printers, as well as software and hardware troubleshooting. I possess basic knowledge of the SonicWall firewall and experience using Cisco Umbrella for whitelisting and blacklisting websites. I also use AppRiver for Office 365 license deployment and manage MFA for our end users. I have a basic understanding of some PowerShell scripts, such as how to connect to Exchange and manage mailbox permissions.
