•Responsible for machine’s electrical parts list of Bill of materials (BOM) and purchase request.
•Responsible for machine’s electrical design (Schematic diagram and control panel layout)
•Program Programmable logic controller (PLC) system to perform specific functions depending on the customer’s specified requirements.
•Program Human machine interface (HMI) system to perform specific functions depending on the customer’s specified requirements.
•Responsible for Peripheral Unit connection to PLC such as (Omron camera, Keyence camera, Servo motors, Laser marking and traceability system).
•Monitored Machine process implementation to ensure smooth operation.
•Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supply, drivers, gauges and test equipment.
•Responsible for technical support and service to customer on and off sites.
•Endorse to maintenance personnel for the right operation of machine ordered.
•Strong And recent background in the following robots: Yaskawa Robots, Epson T3 Series, omron Cobot and Mitsubishi MELFA.
•Responsible for Robotics Path Teaching.
•Responsible for Setting Up various robot communication protocols (I.e. Ethernet IP Devicenet)
