I am working at BPO for almost 9 years. I am part of collection specialist of Globe telecom for almost 5 years, I am helping customer to pay their debt by asking the reason of deliquency and showing urgency. I am also a sales specialist from T-Mobile and Sprint, Im helping customer to get their needs and upsell some product also discover their needs by asking probing question. Also currently Im part of Retention or Loyalty Team from Telus, Im helping client to keep their customer happy with the service and save them from cancelling their service. Im a family man and hardworking for my family.
