I worked as a customer assistant of food supplement from April 2022 to September 2024 in a private company. My job there is to answer old or new customer inquiries and concerns regarding the products thru chat, update them for new product, promo, and giveaways that we have, encode customer details and order on database, update customer information if necessary, update customers regarding their order status, and assisting customer complaints regarding the product.
I was the number 1 in sales in my previous company and I also became a leader teaching my colleagues the strategies I do to close more sale.
