I handle collections and customer service for the past 5 years in chat, email and calls.
Being in the BPO industry especially with financial account, taught me how to handle loan payments, subscription payments and even setting up meetings with clients using google calendar.
Being with the industry also taught me how to handle different client inquiries, requests and concerns.
