Hello I am Andrew Pino. I am an clinical admin coordinator and a preceptor what i do is review case check details making sure everything is well organize. I also make a report to my supervisor about cases that wasn’t properly reviewed. I present the problem and make a solution with it. One solution I proposed, is each member has a partner one that has a poor performance and the other has a good performance within three consecutive months. I am this kind of person who loves problem solving i dont settle in just a one solution i always have a plan b plan c so on as so fort. I make sure i have a solution with it and I am one of the top performer in my team.
