My name is Earwin Kayl Castillo, a 27-year-old residing in the Philippines. I have accumulated several years of experience as a regular employee across various roles.
My career began as a Messman for an international company, where I was responsible for managing dining services, ensuring cleanliness, and providing an enjoyable dining experience for the crew over the course of a year. Following this, I worked as a cook in our family business for another year.
Most recently, I have been employed as an Encoder and Dispatcher in a logistics company. In my role as an Encoder, I managed data entry and maintained the database for our clients, ensuring the accuracy of information and schedules. This position required a keen attention to detail and proficiency in data entry. As a Dispatcher, I coordinated the movement of goods and vehicles, which involved daily communication with major clients, companies, and drivers.
In addition to my primary employment, I engage in a side hustle involving the buying and selling of mobile phones. I source high-quality, affordable devices with no damage and sell them through social media platforms, particularly Facebook Marketplace. In this role, I utilize effective sales techniques and foster strong communication with customers, guiding them step-by-step through the products and services they purchase.
