Enthusiast at Design with 8 years of experience in the solar industry. I started as a Design Engineer, promoted to Senior Design Engineer who handles customer inquiry, designer training and design auditing. After my Senior Designer years, I got promoted to Subject Matter Expert with the responsibility of testing new products, process improvement and collaboration with cross functional teams. After a year in SME, I got promoted to Design Team Leader and have the opportunity to handle a group of Senior Design Engineers that caters partners/dealer query, expedited designs and design escalations. After handling a group of Senior Designers, I transitioned to handle a group of newly hired Designers to meet the company goals and customers expectations.
