My previous job before I became a chatter was in a Telecommunications Company in Kuwait. My responsibilities are handling clients with respect, dealing with suggestive selling for phones and for activating sim cards for them.
I am proficient in organizing and labeling, sorting and categorizing documents.
I've done mostly Customer Support for a number of companies over the past decade and a half. I've had a go at most CRM's out there, such as Teletech, PNI, and Convergys to name a few. I take pride in my knowledge and skills and have been distinguished more than a few times in the past.
