Being a Quality Assurance Associate for 4 years now, I was able to learn and perform quality audits and quality assurance reviews and ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored. We make sure that our agents have been resolving our client's concern within our standard procedure and with respect.
I have also been a Warehouse Admin Assistant wherein, we perform daily monitoring of stocks and inventory check, receiving of incoming deliveries, shipments, supplies and dispatch of goods for deliveries. Conducting reports of breakages and bad orders to be separated and to be sent to proper team for disposal.
