I was a Customer Service Representative/Sales Rep for Microsoft at Majorel Philippines for 4 years. I assist clients who have inquiries regarding their orders, such as "Where is my package," "Is this the correct item," "I received a different item," and other similar inquiries. I work as one of the performers for the Microsoft sales support division at Majorel Philippines. Lastly, from my previous job.
