Create project cost estimate` of materials, services and other
resource necessary to execute facilities related projects.
* Drives planning and execution of plant's cvil and electrical
works; managing several groups of contractors..
* Perform major electrical works such as Thermal Scanning, Motor
Insulation Resistance Testing and Troubleshooting of electrical system.
* Upkeep and maintain good condition of all facilities equipment
such as Chillers & Air Handling Units, Air compressors, Air dryers,
Cooling towers, Dust Collector, and Steam Boiler. In support for
the continuous production operation; and provide engineering
scheme for implementation of various works as may the production
division so require.
