Integrity – Acting with honesty and transparency in all dealings. Proverbs 10:9: "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely."
Compassion – Understanding and supporting clients with empathy and care. Galatians 6:2: "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."
Stewardship – Managing resources and time wisely, knowing that every task is entrusted by God. 1 Peter 4:10: "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others."
