I work as a call center agent for QuickBooks Desktop for 3 years as a phone support that includes accounting, bookkeeping and trouble shot. After the 3 years as phone support, I was promoted to a trainer position for new hires with 2 years of experience. I also trained new hires for a different account which is APTOS for 1 year.
