I have a great knowledge in Microsoft Tools such as excel, word, etc. and basic knowledge in programming since I spent 2 years in I.T course when I was in college. That I used for job like encoder and call center.
Also i'm resilient , my listening skills and empathy which very important in field.
And my goal is to have global exposure at the same time I really want to prove myself in this field and I believe this would take me for higher position in the future and be a role model to others.
