As an operations manager for five years and as an owner of a wellness spa for two years, I've gained wisdom through mistakes and failures as an employee and also as an employer. From that wisdom I've honed my particular set of skills that can benefit my future employer.
I was able to manage a group of staff remotely and on-site in the middle of the pandemic up to this date, maintain a proper standard, able to influence, was able to operate hands-on during the first months of the pandemic, was able to do standard reporting, closing tie-ups from top tier hotels, enhance my critical thinking prowess, ethical, and was able to enhance my appointment setting skills.
From this statement, I also want to include that I am a fast learner and hungry for more wisdom and experience.
To close this, I want to say that I am personally looking for the right mentor that can lead me to the person I a-----------ant to be.
