I'm Ann, a Virtual Assistant based in Cebu, Philippines, with hands-on experience in administrative support, data entry, records management, customer service, and Shopify ecommerce support.
Most recently, I've supported hospitality-based operations managing inbox enquiries, handling hotel and restaurant booking requests, organizing invoices and documents, updating reports in Google Sheets and Excel, and maintaining employee and admin records. I've also kept websites and social media current: light content edits, event/menu updates, and scheduled posting including editing and building pages on WordPress.
Before that, I worked as an Imaging and Indexing Clerk, reviewing documents and correcting data in an environment where accuracy wasn't optional. I've also built hands-on experience with Shopify product uploads, descriptions, and store setup so while I'm not a Shopify expert, I understand what running the backend of an online store actually involves.
I also use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT in my daily workflow for drafting emails, organizing information, and speeding up research so I can work faster and more independently without sacrificing quality.
