The time I had spent as an RTA, I was able to enhance and develop my skills and abilities in various platforms and applications such as Excel. I was also able to develop and further engage in communication with other departments such as Operations. To be efficient in my role for the position, I must be a team player with my colleagues in regards with the role we were assigned to. We were also responsible for ensuring that the staffing of our Operations passed each and every interval. Last but not least, our team had been awarded as Team of the Year 2022 in iQor's Work Force Management Summit held in January 2023.
