Aside from holding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration, I have also taken the Juris Doctor course --- a course in Law --- with only one remaining subject to complete the same. I have extensive experience in conducting legal research, case digesting and related activities. I have been a mainframe Computer Programmer particularly conversant in COBOL, Fortran, and Statistical Analysis System. I am a retired Police Colonel and a goverment pensioner and I would like to spend my abundant freetime profitably and earn additional income.
