-Gather requirements for business processes and identify ways to optimize/improve JIRA setup and workflows.
-Identify problems and provide expert advice and solutions based on business requirements.
-Configure JIRA projects, templates, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and perform other administrative tasks.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including account management for password resets and lockout.
-Manage, customize, and configure JIRA from within the user interface, ensuring performance, scalability, and day-to-day manageability of the product.
