I have 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry as an inside sales coordinator (export orders coordinator) and another 5 years experience in a BPO setup as a customer service representative / sales support specialist. My previous roles involved heavy use of CRM tools, MS Suite and Google Suite. I am very much adept to how remote setup works with very good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
