As a medical biller, I work on claims and different denials, I perform posting charges, research and followup on unpaid claims to insurance companies, review remits and EOBs, do credentialiing and work on authorization and insurance verification. I also do customer support where I take patient calls with billing inquiries and concerns.
I am familiar and knowledgeable with different CRMs such as eClinicalWorks, Intergy, Hello Note.
