I'm Mansur L. Panansang, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Engineering and a Graduate of Arabic Language /Islamic Studies Course. I have formal training in Estimation for Industrial and Building Construction.
I worked as an Estimator ( Wooden/Steel Doors and Hardwares) in my previous company at Elegancia Steel, Doha-Qatar for the period of Six Years (-----------). I Also worked in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia at Metalco Co. with the same position for the period of more than Five Years (-----------). I'm in charge for the costing and estimation of the Tender and Ongoing Projects. I also provide technical submittal, compliance sheet, provide cost control and value engineering, variation analysis, provide material take-off as per the project requirements, coordinate with the design team, production team, clients and supplier for technical evaluations and other related matters.
I was also employed by the Government Provincial Capitol as Technical Aide and Executive assistant at ISCAG Phils. I assist the implementation of projects plans, programs and activities. Other task such as document preparation, Data Collection, meeting coordination, administrative support, document management, administrative support, document management, transcription, and office maintenance.
I'm currently working in Real Estate at Filipino Homes/Leuterio Realty. I sell House & Lots, Condominiums, & Lot Only through out the Philippines. I'm also a Rent Manager since my company own a website which is -----------. I accommodate owners of the properties who wanted to find a renter for their properties such as House and Lots, Commercial Spaces, Warehouses & Lot Only. I also help the renter to find a suitable properties for them to Rent.
I'm also knowledgeable in Database management, Networking and Programming. I have also knowledge in Autocad operation.
