I would like to share my professional experience, which I believe has equipped me with valuable skills to contribute to your team.
In 2014, I started my career as a Service Crew member at a fast food chain, where I worked until 2018. Afterward, I joined EastWest Bank as a Junior Collection Specialist for nearly six months. In this role, I was responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, contacting debtors, arranging debt repayments, and making daily calls to consumers to collect payments on outstanding balances.
Following my time at the bank, I worked for almost two years as a Technical Support Specialist at a telecommunications company. In this role, I assisted customers with troubleshooting equipment issues, diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network problems, and reconfiguring software.
Currently, I am employed by an electric company, where I assist customers with billing inquiries, disputes, and electrical concerns. Additionally, I coordinate technician requests to resolve technical issues.
