I started as a sales and technical support last 2017 and was one of the top agents in my team. I became a candidate for SME however I was not able to secure it due to my lack of confidence. With that it becomes my fuel and seek on how I can be better in providing excellent service and assistance to those customer that I would handle in the future. Therefore I honed my knowledge and skills with a different company and was able to become once again a top agent there. Sales is my comfort zone, I may have some areas that I still need to improve but selling and talking to another person over the phone is what I do best.
