I have experience working with seafarers and maritime personnel, where I was responsible for managing essential legal documents and ensuring their compliance with regulations. My main duties included verifying the authenticity of their IDs and seaman books, as well as encoding and organizing their data into the eCrew database. In addition, I supported seafarers by assisting them with the initial exam process, and I helped guide them through the necessary steps leading up to their screening interviews. This role honed my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
