I have been in the BPO Industry for almost 3 years. Specifically, in the insurance business. Where I have been the main point of contact for our clients. I communicate with them directly regarding team updates and various matters about insurance. During my stay at Staffboom I’ve been part of two accounts or insurance companies namely Gaspar Insurance and Top Line Insurance. My tasks there are Sending COI and EOI, Renewals Manager for both Commercial and Personal Lines, Quoting, completing ACORD forms, amending policies and mortgagee, sending cancellation and billing notices, Email management, processing claims, and doing some work or special requests of the Account Managers.
