Hello, I'm Maria Ross-Ann Gascon, 32 years old, and a graduate in Hospitality Management from Adamson University. Later, my mom, sister and I franchised a small milk tea business, where I served as the Personnel Officer, handling staffing, employee relations, and inventory management, while also taking on cashier and barista duties. Once the business stabilized, I returned to Megatesting as a Finance Officer, managing cash flows, reviewing sales and expenses, and overseeing accounts payable, all while handling banking transactions remotely.
Eager to expand my skill set, I took on a role in Sales and Marketing at a travel and tours company, where I addressed inquiries and recommended travel options to clients.
