I worked with international accounts with BPO companies here in the Philippines for more than a decade that enabled me to chat in the English language well. Being with these different companies, I am well trained and able to handle different roles from customer service, to sales, to technical, to billing and retention, my experiences honed my problem solving skills, verbal communication skills, multi tasking skills and dealing with different customer interactions.
I have my own personal laptop to use with a AMD RYZEN 5000 Lenovo computer with 20GB of RAM using a 64-bit version of Windows 11 pro. I have a stable internet connection with a subscription of up to 50mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed but it exceeds these connection when checking using speedtest.
