My name is Zyrish Ramirez, and I am 29 years old, originally from San Mateo, Rizal. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Development Management, and I furthered my education by earning a Master in Business Administration to sharpen my leadership skills and expand my knowledge in business operations. Currently, I am working as a Processing and Documentation Specialist at Staffhouse International Resources, where I was recently promoted in October and promoted again last March to take on a more senior role with greater responsibilities. Before this, I worked as a Process Analyst and a Transaction Processing New Associate in two different BPO companies, as well as a Bank Admin Assistant at BPI. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong foundation in documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration.
