I am currently as an Senior IT Associate and my task for daily is to support our employees on their issues encountered regardless if it is onsite or work from home employees. I do remote assistance and ensuring everything is in good conditions by checking and monitoring our devices. Setting up computers, troubleshooting networks, creating a policy for each department, etc.
