As an Order management specialist I am in charge of processing orders like HWs, subscriptions, licenses etc. I process these orders by the use of SAP. I also use 1view Order entry, 1View Quote and Freshdesk in Sharepoint.
Aside from order creation, I also monitor these orders' status and always have constant communication with customer to ensure smooth flow of their orders up to delivery stage.
