This is ----------- S. ----------- a person who will be your working hand in the future. I've been working as a Human Resources for more than four years it was a great adventure for me. Talking to a lot of different people with different personalities during interviews might be my favorite part because there's a communication happening and it's like listening to their own stories. Knowing their family background, personal stories, strength and weakness etc. Handling different issues and concerns might be the most challenging part, you need to become a good listener and see the both side of the story to give the solution that they need.
