I have almost 17 years experience with the Supreme Court of the Philippines
I started as Court Interpreter II with the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 15, Manila, until my transfer as Judicial Staff Assistant III with the MCLE Office, became the Court Legal Researcher with the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Bacoor City, Cavite, until I was appointed as Clerk of Court II with The Municipal Trial Court of Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
I have sufficient familiarity with substantive and procedural laws, particularly, in the dispensation of justice.
I performed adjudicative and non-adjudicative functions as Clerk of Court II - i.e. preparation and signing of summonses, subpoenas, different writs, as well as financial reports and monthly report of cases, managing all court records, exhibits, documents, including properties and supplies.
As Court Interpreter, I acted as translator of the Court (English to Filipino/Tagalog) during court hearings and prepared all court calendars set for hearing.
I prepared research materials (Supreme Court decisions, decrees, administrative orders), necessary in the drafting of Orders resolving pleadings and motions filed before the Court, as well as in the drafting of Decisions.
With the MCLE Office, I assisted in the issuance of certificates of MCLE certificates and assessment of applications for exemption, entertained calls from lawyers and other clients regarding the MCLE status of compliance or exemption.
I also worked as Implementation Specialist with Management Reporting- HRO of ADP Philippines, Inc. for a year.
As Implementation Specialist, my tasks included the configuration/creation of Management Report in accordance with ADP guidelines and client's expectations, using ADP's solutions (products/services) and the application of technology tools within ADP methodology and timeliness.
