I offer a diverse range of skills with experience in psychology, customer service, academic writing, media, and leadership. In psychology, I have worked with some clients at Hiraya-Diwa Psychological Services, handling intake interviews, case diagnosis, and treatment planning. I also conducted psychosocial interventions along with my colleagues under supervision through the school guidance during my academic years at the University of Southern Mindanao.
I’ve also worked in mobility sales in one of the US Telco companies, I have managed billing inquiries, order processing and customer support catering US customers, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
Additionally, I am skilled in academic research writing, basic editing (photo, video, layouts, presentations, and projects), and team leadership. My background as a student journalist and radio broadcasting has enhanced my communication and public speaking skills. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality work and achieving results in every role I take on.
