As a college student, I have already learned that I need to work while studying to support my own allowance and school expenses. Through the help of God, I discovered my skills in marketing and customer service, which allowed me to sell almost 300 vintage clothes through a social media platform.
• Photography/Video editing
Photography, video editing, content creation, and anything related to cameras are all things I love to do. At first, it was just a passion, but then an opportunity arrived that allowed me to enroll in free camera handling experience. I utilized the opportunity to study and graduate within a short period of time.
• Know operations management principles
To succeed in my current job, I must be dependable. My job role as a return specialis t allows me to be independent while my colleague is dependent on my job function. Being part of a team is essential in this job, and I can attest that I am always reliable when they need me.
• Microsoft Skills
Excel is the primary tool used by me in my current job. I can assure you that I am knowledgeable and blessed enough to utilize most Microsoft versions.
• Good communication skills
As I handle clients, I learn how to emphatize with their concerns. Effective communication is essential. We should actively listen to our customers and come up with solutions to their problems.
• Quick learner
At first, every job was challenging. But from my experience, I have learned how to take notes in every new task. I made it a habit to volunteer to handle task I haven’t handled yet to gain more knowledge and become independent when my workmates are on leave.
• Handles work pressure
Pressure is always present in my Job. As time passes, I have developed the ability to handle this pressure, which is a positive thing. Being truthful with yourself and your management is necessary. Because teamwork is important, your coworkers have the ability to assist you. They can motivate and provide a positive assistance. Don’t be afraid to seek for guidance and do it calmly with joy, especially don’t forget to smile.
