I’ve been a lot of trainings and workshops about hospitality managements like customer service and hotel industries. My duties are all about sales and customer service, which
also include answering consumer questions, clerical work, and conducting presentations. I am very resourceful and able to create content and programs that will attract consumer attention and I enjoy meeting new people and can work flexible shifts to accommodate consumer needs. I also have strong organizational and multitasking skills along with the ability to deal with customer issues and emergencies as they arise.
