I worked as an IT Professional for almost 6 years focusing on Customer Service supporting end-users thru remote, email and phone call regarding hardware,
software, server and network related concerns. Also, I am collaborating with other teams and different third party vendors for planned projects, this includes the analyzing, designing and implementing solutions for the needs of the organization.
