I am currently working as an SME where I handled admin tasks and resolved complicated cases or escalations. In relation to this, I also handle Quality call monitoring, make sure that the agent follows the production process and make sure that the documentation from the ticketing tool in ServiceNow is complete and is able to meet the SLA based on the priority of the issue.
