In 2023, I worked as a Junior Project Manager. In this role, I communicated directly with clients and internal teams, sharing updates, handling requests, and making sure projects moved smoothly from start to finish. That role helped me build strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially when managing expectations and staying detail-oriented under pressure.
Before that, in 2021, I ran a small online business shop. As a solo business owner, I got hands-on experience with customer service and social media management. It was an excellent opportunity to learn how to connect with customers, handle inquiries quickly, and build trust through clear and friendly communication.
In my current freelance role, I’ve verified invoices by navigating a website. While the task is quite specific, it’s helped me become more confident in learning new tools and systems quickly and working independently with minimal supervision.
