I studied Criminology at the University of Cebu and had the chance to intern with several police stations and the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center which taught me a lot about discipline, communication, and staying cool under pressure. I’ve also worked in client service roles at QIMA, where I got real-world experience in handling customer needs, coordinating tasks, and making sure things run smoothly. I’m comfortable with tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel, and I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and finding better ways to do things. I’m always up for a challenge and excited to keep learning and growing wherever I go.
