I am a Computer Engineering graduate (BSCpE) with a strong foundation in IT systems, support services, and process auditing. I bring over 2 years of professional experience across technical and operational roles, with a growing focus on IT support and systems analysis.
My career began as a Junior Auditor, where I gained experience in data verification, compliance checks, and system accuracy that sharpening my analytical and documentation skills. I later transitioned to IT as a Help Desk Analyst, providing frontline technical support for software, hardware, network connectivity, and user account management. I handled troubleshooting, ticket escalation, and user training within an SLA-driven environment.
Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in the online gaming industry, where I provided multi-channel support while also resolving basic technical issues related to user access, game functionality, and account security bridging the gap between customer service and tech support.
With this cross-functional background, I have developed a solid mix of technical knowledge, administrative efficiency, and service orientation. I am now intentionally transitioning into a Virtual Assistant role, where I can leverage my tech expertise, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills to support remote teams and digital operations.
