I am a Civil Engineer who have worked as a project engineer for horizontal structures and a QA/QC Engineer for vertical structures. I excel in project management field and doing estimates and 2D drawings for the project. Also, as part of my skills is that I can negotiate with other people considering what they want and then compromise to meet with both parties in a favorable situation.
