• Perform quantity takeoffs and basic material estimations
• Provide PDF markups, redlines, and revisions using Bluebeam Revu
• Update and revise as-built drawings and construction documents
• Assist with administrative construction tasks and file management
• Prepare clear, organized reports and documentation
• Collaborate remotely with teams and respond promptly to tasks
• Adapt quickly to your workflow, tools, and project requirements
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in Drafting
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Bluebeam Revu and PlanSwift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Fast learner, adaptable to different platforms and software
• Capable of managing both administrative and technical construction tasks
