First, I know how to communicate with customers and handle their issues with a calmly conversations. In my previous work, I used to face many customers and assists them on what their needed to buy and talk to them why this or that product needed them to buy. I also help them to decide if what has a good quality or not and affordable things but has quality. Thats it, and about MS office skill, I learned it during my On-Job-Training days, I stayed in Faculty office wherein my superior decides to do office works and I learned how to use, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, MS WORD. I also have experienced as a Market Researcher wherein I also communicate to people and solved their concerns.
