The Lien Release Specialists are responsible for managing the risks and performing all tasks associated with preparing and filing collateral release documents in accordance with department procedures and State / County requirements. Activities include: preparing, executing, notarizing, and filing the appropriate lien release document(s) with the appropriate recording agency or third party. Consumer Lien Release supports collateral release activities associated with the Bank tools and System.
