I worked as an appointment setter for Aloha Hawaii Travel & Tours, and Vacabee Travels. I did cold call for prospective clients and did warm calls for clients with scheduled appointments. I also did assist the clients with technical issue to go through to their scheduled appointment with the company.
I also have worked at adapt health as an authorization specialist/Customer Service Representative in an office-work setting. I process insurances for DME's for out- patients with Medicare and worked with a lot of insurances. I also do outbound calls to follow up patients with their need for DME's and for DME's that are under rent. I am persuasive and efficient, and I can do telemarketing with my utmost power.
