Processing loan proposals of clients and evaluate them for
the recommendation to the manager
? Conducts project/credit investigation for the loan application
being processed
? Conducts means testing/housing index for new clients in
his/her are or work assignment
? Conducts weekly center meetings for the handled centers
? Ensures adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures
? Executes sales/ and/or marketing activities that will achieve
volume targets
? Attends to inquires and other requirements of the clients
? Reviews and updates customer loan files, loan agreements, data informations, etc. To ensure adequacy for credit
processing and looking booking
? Analyzes overall loan applicant’s qualifications to determine
feasibility of granting loans
? Secures information regarding competitor’s practices, market
trends and customer needs
