In Construction Industry, I handles the whole Project Phase from Planning/Drawing, Bidding, Estimation, Material purchasing, Work application/implementation, Daily monitoring and inspection, Client coordination, Project Turn over and Close out of Project Documents for different types of Mid-rise to High-rise Projects such as Residential, Condominium, Commercial Buildings, School, Hospital Building and Site Development.
In Virtual World, I am responsible in providing accurate estimations of Materials and its consumables by carrying out the precise takeoff in compliance with the Project’s specification (type, size, coverage, shape, patterns), conforming material prices from vendors, and putting it all in a detailed quotation.
