I have over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, where I’ve held various roles that focused on relationship management, business acquisition, and policy administration. I started as a Collection Clerk and gradually worked my way up to Affinity Accounts Manager.
In my previous role, I lead business acquisition strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure timely account servicing, from policy preparation to claims processing. I’ve also been heavily involved in the systems side of things—leading projects to enhance internal systems and improve efficiency, which aligns with my interest in streamlining processes.
